Remember that old adage, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"?

Wise words, indeed. It's hard to believe so many businesses in the U.S. are operating with holes in their security and don't have a bulletproof backup plan. Even those businesses that backup their data regularly have no idea if the backup is genuinely usable.

Here's a quick test: If someone said to you today, "I'll give you $25,000.00 to let me destroy your server," would you trust your backup and take their money?

Most people base a company's "worth" on assets. When Vital looks at a business, we are looking at the lifeblood of your company:

  • Productivity and up-time
  • The customer database
  • Sales histories
  • AP/AR
  • Other critical records that might be essentially impossible to recreate

In other words, we are concerned about the reliability of your network and your backups.

If you would hesitate to trust your backup, that's bad news. If you don't have a disaster plan in place, you are in effect waiting to lose your business. Let the stats on this page sink in, and then call Vital today.
