Vital offers a four-tier approach. These service packages feature major savings over typical hourly IT service providers.
Why are hourly services more expensive? Because most often, you call a technician when something has gone wrong. Now they have to stop what they're doing, make an unscheduled (inconvenient) visit, and try to trace the problem back to its source - time consuming work.
Vital can offer support for less. That's because, once we scan your network for problems, we correct the issues right away. Then, our monitoring software takes over and keeps a vigilant watch. If a problem begins to arise, we know about it right away and can prevent it from becoming a bigger issue. And we can do this all remotely from our location.
